The power of good CV design

Google "how long do recruiters spend reading a resume" and the answers start at 6 seconds - a depressingly short ammount of time considering the effort you put into writing it! If a CV has too many bullet points, too many paragraphs, is too long or too short - within 6 seconds that can positively or negatively affect your chance of moving forward to the next stage of the interview process.
